What is your service area?

We are currently providing our media services to the greater Sacramento and Placer County areas, including Rocklin-Roseville-Granite Bay-Lincoln-Auburn-Folsom-El Dorado Hills-Elk Grove and surrounding cities. However, we have had clients all over the United States to include Tennessee, Colorado, Georgia and Hawaii. Please contact us for out of state arrangements.

How many pictures will be taken on a real estate photoshoot?

There are many factors that determine the number of images. We generally try to cover all rooms with at least one image. Usually kitchens, living rooms, master bedrooms and exteriors require several images to cover all angles of the space. The average 2000 Sq ft home will require 25 to 35 interior images.

When will we receive our real estate media?

Photos are typically ready within 48 hours after the photoshoot, or two business days. Once the photos are ready, we will send you an email with the download instructions and a link to download your images. Videos need at least 72 hours or 3 business days to process and deliver.

What if we need to cancel?

We understand that there are many situations that can cause a last minute cancellation. There is no cancellation fee if you notify us 24 hours before the shoot. For same day cancellations there is a $75 cancellation fee.

The length of your photoshoot depends on several factors. An average photoshoot can take between 1 to 3 hours. However, it may take longer depending on the size of the home and any additional services requested such as video or 3d tours.
